High-efficiency planar antennas
for millimeter wavebands such as alternating-phase fed
single-layer slotted waveguide arrays with chokes and
parallel-plate slot arrays fed by a post-wall waveguide
will be exhibited. High-power antennas such as waveguide
fed RLSAs for SSPS and 1m2 order slotted waveguide arrays
for plasma excitation will be explained.
